Disclosures
NK Bank is a non-public joint stock company with the number of shareholders less than 50. According to article 30.1 of the Federal Law No. 39-FZ "On securities market" dated 22.04.1996, and based on the Notification of the FSFM of Russia dated 28.03.2011, the Bank released from the obligation to disclose or provide information.
Current Russian legislation on securities does not provide for the obligation to disclose the information for non-public joint stock company with the number of shareholders less than 50, when the company does not conduct (did not conduct) the public offering of bonds or other securities and is not obliged to disclosure the infornation prescribed under clause 4, article 30 of the Federal Law No.39-FZ "On securities market" and clause 10.1. The Provisions of the Bank of Russia No.454-N dated 30.12.2014 " On information disclosure by issuers of equity securities".
In addition, there is no obligation to ensure access to the texts of disclosed documents on the Internet for non-public joint-stock companies with the number of shareholders less than 50.
